Design documentation development and passing the state examination

The BRAZEN company carries out a full range of works on the creation of design documentation (Stage P) in order to obtain a positive conclusion from an expertise commission.

Stages:

• Analysis of the Customer’s demands
• Pre-project inspection
• Visual and instrumental examination of existing building structures and preparation of a Technical Opinion (if necessary)
• Analysis or collection of initial permits, including engineering inspections
• Creation of pre-project materials (booklet, visualization of the project concept)
• At the request of the Customer, the development of the Design Assignment (in accordance with Order No. 125 / pr dated 01.03.3018 of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services)
• Development of design documentation for the "Design documentation" stage (P)
• Passing the state/non-state expert review of the design documentation.

Result:

The result is a set of project documentation that has received a positive conclusion from an expertise commission.
