Reconstruction

Reconstruction is sometimes a more complicated process than new construction and requires a detailed analysis of a facility with all its parameters. Brazen Construction has in its portfolio reconstructed projects for various purposes. For each project, we form a team of specialists for the most complete analysis of the customer's situation and the qualified execution of the project in all respects.

Stages:

• Pre-design stage, study of general conditions
• Inspection of the building (structure) for external and internal parameters and characteristics, prepare a report and making decisions on the reconstruction
• Development and approval of the project
• Implementation of the approved project; execution of all envisaged works
• Start-up and adjustment work, check of engineering systems for compliance with project documentation

Result:

As a result of the reconstruction, the customer receives a facility that fully complies with the developed concept. Design documentation is completed by considering the requirements of all standards in accordance with the budget and project implementation schedule.

Based on the results of the work performed, the customer is provided with reports (It is recommended to have this on daily and monthly basis).

As established by Article 55 of the Town Planning Code, the completion of construction work in connection with the reconstruction of the facility is formalized with a permit for commissioning, on the basis of which:

• State cadastral registration of the constructed facility
• Amendments to the state cadastral registration of the reconstructed facility.
